PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slurry for forming an electrode insulation layer, causing no bubbles even when being directly applied on an active material surface of an electrode, and less in deterioration of battery performance due to repeated power storage and discharge of a power storage device, and a secondary battery using the slurry.SOLUTION: An electrode for a power storage device includes a collector, an active material layer formed on the collector and an insulation layer formed on the active material layer. In a method for manufacturing the electrode for a power storage device, the insulation layer is formed by applying a slurry on an active material of an electrode of a secondary battery, the slurry including ceramic fine particles, a solvent and polyethylene oxide. |
