PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doughy jelly having resilience not-too-strong like gelatin gummy and higher than those of pectin jelly and starch jelly, with less adhesion and stickiness, moderate crispiness, and stable texture with less temporal change in physical properties; and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The doughy jelly includes an agar, a gelatinizer which is at least one kind selected from carrageenan, furcellaran, rice cake flour, HM pectin, starch, and gelatin, and water-insoluble dietary fiber, having a sugar content of 72 to 90°. A method for manufacturing the same is also provided. |
