PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent backlash by a simple method in a decomposable constitution of a sliding constant velocity joint.SOLUTION: A constant velocity joint includes an inner ring 30 having an insertion hole 38, an intermediate shaft 16 assembled in the insertion hole 38 of the inner ring 30 by spline or serration fitting 40, and having a snap ring groove 44 on an outer peripheral portion at a side position of the inner ring 30, and a snap ring 42 for preventing relative separation of the intermediate shaft 16 and the inner ring 30 by being fitted and engaged with the snap ring groove 44 of the intermediate shaft 16 in a state that the intermediate shaft 16 and the inner ring 30 are assembled. A screw engagement structure 46 is applied to the engagement of the snap ring 42 and the snap ring groove 44, and the snap ring 42 is threaded without clearance into a side portion of the inner ring 30 to be mounted. |
