PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rigidness and quality of a joint part at a low cost using existing welding equipment etc., in overlapping and joining a plurality of panels such as an inner sash, an outer sash, a door inner panel, and a door outer panel.SOLUTION: Provided is a sash door structure, in which: an outer sash 7 and an inner sash 6 of a sash part 4 are disposed between a door outer panel 3 and a door inner panel 2 of a door body part 5; the outer sash, the inner sash, and the door inner panel are fixed by using spot welds 28 and 40; and hem flanges 23 and 34 of vehicle front and rear ends of the door outer panel are fastened and joint to the door inner panel. In the sash door structure, the vehicle front and rear ends of the door outer panel 3 and the door inner panel 2 extend above a door belt line L1 of the door body part 5, as upward extending parts 16, 24, 33, and 41 respectively, and the sash part 4 is sandwiched in a door thickness direction by using each of the upward extending parts. |
