PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a loquat seed tea, without damage to active ingredients such as amygdalin and tannin.SOLUTION: The method includes: a drying and roasting step S1 of drying loquat seeds and then roasting the seeds; a shredding step of cutting or crushing the loquat seeds after passing the first drying and roasting step into a plurality of small pieces or particles; and a drying and sterilization roasting step of drying the small pieces produced in the shredding step and then roasting the dried pieces. |
