<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable secure collection of safety information in the event of a disaster, while avoiding a situation that the safety information of a user who holds a mobile station is concentrated in one time period.SOLUTION: A safety information collection system includes: a base station; and a plurality of mobile stations capable of communicating with the base station through a wide-area radio communication network and also communicating with another mobile station through a short-range radio communication network. Sharing processing of a safety information database is executed among a plurality of mobile stations, through the short-range radio communication network. The base station requests the shared safety information database of a predetermined mobile station among the plurality of mobile stations. According to the request, the predetermined mobile station transmits the shared safety information database to the base station.</p> |
