PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong electric terminal block structure whose assembly work can be simplified when assembling the terminal block and the terminal block cover.SOLUTION: A strong electric terminal block structure includes: a terminal block 20 for attaching a motor-side coil terminal 17 for connecting a stator coil 63 of a motor/generator 6 including a rotor 61 and a stator 62 and a power unit, an inverter-side coil terminal 18, and a terminal connection bolt 19; and a terminal block cover 21 for covering a cover opening surface 20f of the terminal block 20. Both assembly surfaces 20f and 21b for assembling the terminal block 20 and the terminal block cover 21 are designed to be square assembly surfaces whose vertical and horizontal sizes are equal.
