<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure dose management system and an image diagnostic apparatus capable of easily determining the examination condition at the time of examination.SOLUTION: The exposure dose management system comprises: an exposure information storage unit 310 for storing the exposure information when X rays are projected to a subject P from each image diagnostic apparatus 100 at the time of examination; a dose prediction unit 320 for predicting the changes in accumulated dose of the future in a specific period of time, using the past accumulated dose in which the doses of the past in the specific period of time are accumulated on the basis of the exposure information stored in the exposure information storage unit 310; and a dose management unit 330 for managing the doses applied to the subject P on the basis of the accumulated dose predicted by the dose prediction unit 320. The dose management unit 330, when the accumulated dose of the future in the specific period of time is equal to or less than a preset upper limit value, determines an examination condition which allows the accumulated dose after examination to be equal to or less than the upper limit value at the time of examination to be conducted in the future in the specific period of time.</p> |
