The present invention relates to an education management system using a mobile terminal and a method for providing a message thereof, the system comprising: a message generating unit which receives education management information including attendance information of a learner and generates an education management information message; a setting storing unit which stores message reception setting information and mobile terminal information of a member receiving the education management information; a reception result processing unit which confirms a reception result of the education management information message; and a transmission control unit which transmits the education management information message in any one way of a push message, an app message, an SMS message, and an MMS message to the mobile terminal according to the message reception setting information, confirms the reception result of the mobile terminal, and transmits, when it is confirmed that the education management information message is not received, the education management information message in the other message transmission way. Accordingly, in the education management system using a mobile terminal, the message transmission ways are made various, it is possible to minimize costs at the time of transmitting a message, and a user can receive the message without omission. |
