The present invention relates to a method for distinguishing key locations on a soft keyboard. According to the present invention, the method includes the steps of: analyzing the coordinate structure of the soft keyboard displayed on a touchscreen; enabling one or more keys on the soft keyboard as haptic keys to store the coordinates of the haptic keys; and outputting a user recognition effect when an input for the haptic keys is detected. The present invention can reduce the user′s recognition burden and improve the input efficiency by outputting the user recognition effect when a specific key is input.
