According to an embodiment of the present invention, a white organic light emitting device includes an intermediate layer formed between a first electrode and a second electrode arranged to face each other. A first light emitting unit is arranged between the first electrode and the intermediate layer and includes a first light emitting layer including a first host and a second light emitting layer including a second host. A second light emitting unit is arranged between the intermediate layer and the second electrode. According to an embodiment, the first and second light emitting layers are formed in the emission layers-difference between the energy levels of the emission layers-reduction (EDR) structure or emission layers-hosts of the same type-same material (EHS) structure to improve the light emitting efficiency and color reproducibility of the device.
