The present invention relates to a server, method and recording medium for changing a phone number of a subscriber based on a communications network, which can automatically change the telephone number of the subscriber based on the communications network of a mobile communications system even if the subscriber does not separately request opening of a new phone number through his or her terminal, when the phone number of the subscriber is changed. According to one aspect of the present invention, the method, which is performed in a server, comprises the following steps: (a) transmitting an access request message for a change in number to a terminal of a corresponding subscriber based on an original phone number of the corresponding subscriber when a change event of the phone number of the subscriber occurs; (b) forming a universal integrated chip card (UICC) and a session of the terminal of the subscriber accessed based on the transmitted access request message for the change in number; and (c) downloading a message for downloading data on number change including at least a new phone number to be changed through the formed session, to the UICC of the terminal of the subscriber. The method of the present invention may further comprise a step of transmitting a guide message for a change in number to the terminal of the subscriber from the server before transmitting or receiving the access request message for the change in number when the change event of the phone number of the subscriber occurs. |
