PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of using power among a plurality of clusters (users).SOLUTION: A power transfer system 1 includes: a first cluster unit (master cluster unit 100) that is to be a power reception point of a commercial power system 2 to receive commercial power supply from the commercial power system 2; and second cluster units (slave cluster unit 200, and slave cluster unit 300 and the like) that receive commercial power supply through the first cluster unit. Each of the first cluster unit and the second cluster units comprises: a power generation apparatus and a load apparatus; or a power storage apparatus and a load apparatus. Power transfer using AC power and power transfer using DC power are performed between the first cluster unit and a second cluster unit and between a plurality of the second cluster units.
