PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for making it possible to elongate a life of a storage battery by optimizing management of a SOC of the storage battery in a distributed power supply system in which a power supply apparatus and the storage battery are combined.SOLUTION: A distributed power supply system comprises: power generation means; a storage battery; and control means for controlling charge/discharge of the storage battery according to magnitude relation between a power generation amount by the power generation means and a power load amount. The distributed power supply system calculates electric energy with which the storage battery needs to be charged in a predetermined period, from a transition prediction value of the power generation amount by the power generation means in the predetermined period and a transition prediction value of the power load amount in the predetermined period; and controls a charge amount to the storage battery so that the sum of charge amounts to the storage battery in the predetermined period is equal to the electric energy, where the charge amounts to the storage battery are controlled so that a period in which a SOC of the storage battery is maximum in the predetermined period is different from a period in which ambient temperature of the storage battery is maximum in the predetermined period.
