<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transistor which suppresses deterioration in characteristics in a manufacturing process, and a display device including the transistor.SOLUTION: The transistor includes: a gate electrode; an organic semiconductor film facing the gate electrode; a protective film covering a part of the organic semiconductor film; and source/drain electrodes which are electrically connected to the organic semiconductor film and form a pair with a gap therebetween. The source/drain electrodes cover the protective film, and the protective film is exposed from the gap between the source/drain electrodes.</p> |
