<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve responsiveness in zero power convergence control of charge/discharge power to a storage battery from a viewpoint of preventing an inverse load flow from the storage battery in a power conditioner in which the storage battery is directly connected to a DC link part that connects a DC conversion part and an inverter, without a second converter.SOLUTION: A DC voltage from a solar battery 1 is boosted by a DC/DC converter 2 and converted into AC power by a DC/AC converter 3. A storage battery 8 is directly connected to a DC link part 4 that connects the converter and the inverter. A feedback control system 13 applies a power command value to the inverter 3 on the basis of charge/discharge power in the storage battery in such a manner that the charge/discharge power is substantially converged to zero. Generated power of the solar battery 1 is captured (power detector 14), a power correction value is added to the power command value of the feedback control system 13 (adder 15), and a feedforward control system 16 is added that defines a result of the addition as a secondary power command value to the inverter 3.</p> |
