<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a restriction of a second external device that is made execute first processing in place of a first external device, and to easily determine whether the second external device is suitable for the first processing.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes a display control part and a control part. If abnormality in the first external device is detected before the completion of the first processing executed in the first external device, the display control part displays a first screen on a display part. The first screen includes time information relating to the time required for executing the first processing in external device candidates which are candidates of external devices capable of executing the first processing in place of the first external device, and is used for selecting the second external device that is made execute the first processing, from among the external device candidates. If the second external device selected using the first screen is powered off, the control part executes second processing for powering on the second external device and makes the second external device execute the first processing.</p> |
