Disclosed are a fuel supply system, a ship including the same and a fuel supply method. The fuel supply system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a storage tank for storing liquefied natural gas compressed at set pressure; a booster pump connected to the storage tank to pump the liquefied natural gas to the storage tank; a suction drum connected to the booster pump to store the pumped liquefied natural gas; a high-pressure pump connected to the suction drum to compress the liquefied natural gas; a first vaporizer connected to the high-pressure pump to vaporize the liquefied natural gas; a first engine for receiving the liquefied natural gas, which has been vaporized by the first vaporizer, as fuel; a second vaporizer including multiple small vaporizers connected to the booster pump; and a second engine connected to the second vaporizer and operated by receiving fuel at pressure lower than the pressure of the fuel supplied to the first engine.
