Disclosed are a urea storing tank of a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system with a heat transmission member, and an agricultural vehicle with the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the urea storing tank of the SCR system with a heat transmission member is the urea storing tank (800) applied to the SCR system formed to reduce an amount of discharged NOx contained in an exhaust gas. The urea storing tank comprises: a tank body unit (100) with a receiving unit (110) storing urea (20); a fluid intake pump unit sucking the urea (20) received inside the receiving unit (110), and discharging the urea (20) to the outside; a heat transmission member (300) formed into a hollow polygonal column shape; a cooling water pipe (400) mounted to be in contact with a part of a surface of the heat transmission member (300), formed into a pipe structure wherein cooling water flows.
