<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make high-speed operation possible while maintaining a tolerant function.SOLUTION: A level shift circuit includes: an input circuit which is connected to a first and a second power supply lines and takes in an input signal; first and second signal paths which are connected in parallel between a first power supply line and a third power supply line; first and second switch elements which control conduction of the first and second signal paths on the basis of the input signal respectively; first and second diodes and a cross-coupled circuit which are arranged toward the third power supply line on the first and second signal paths; and an output circuit which is connected to third and fourth power supply lines and outputs an output signal based on at least either a signal appearing in a first node at one end of the first diode or a signal appearing in a second node at one end of the second diode.</p> |
