<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite conductor that is less apt to be disconnected and suppresses peeling off of a core material and a coating layer.SOLUTION: A composite conductor includes: a core material containing titanium or titanium alloy; a coating layer containing copper disposed so as to cover an outer periphery of the core material; and an intermetallic compound layer disposed between the core material and the coating layer. The intermetallic compound layer is formed by diffusion of the titanium or titanium alloy constituting the core material, and diffusion of the copper constituting the coating layer.</p> |
