<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method for a coated article made excellent in thermal dimensional stability by a simple method and capable of suppressing the formation of a thermal wrinkle.SOLUTION: A guide roll 2c for supporting a base material in a carry-in port and a delivery port of a base material 5 is disposed in the inside of an annealing device 2, and a heating roll 2a and a cooling roll 2b are alternately disposed as a temperature control roll sequentially from a carry-in port, and said base material is subjected in contact with said roll to an annealing treatment.</p> |
