<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper stay fitting structure of a vehicle back door capable of widening the opening width in the case of opening the vertically rotating back door with a simpler structure.SOLUTION: A damper stay fitting structure of a vehicle back door uses a damper stay 30 that assists the lift-up of a back door 20 provided rotatably in a vertical direction around a hinge H1 provided in a roof 10 of a vehicle 1. The hinge is provided in front of the end part of the roof on the rear side. In a state of closing the back door, the back door comprises a back door back-face part 20H which is at least a part of the back face of the vehicle, and a back door roof part 20R which covers the roof behind the hinge. One end of the damper stay is connected to the roof, and the other end is connected to the back door. In the state of closing the back door, the damper stay is accommodated between the roof behind the hinge and a back door roof part.</p> |
