PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canister arrangement structure of a saddle riding type vehicle in which a canister is arranged in a body rear portion, capable efficiently arranging the canister and peripheral components of the canister.SOLUTION: A canister arrangement structure includes a cushion unit 29 whose one end is connected to a seat rail 16 and whose other end is connected to a swing arm 28; and a canister 40 recovering vaporized fuel of a fuel tank 18, the canister 40 being arranged rearward of the cushion unit 29 and arranged so that a longitudinal direction of the canister 40 is along a longitudinal direction of the cushion unit 29, and a purge pipe 62 and a charge pipe 61 being disposed to extend upward from the canister 40 and to pass through a region between an upper end attachment portion 29a of the cushion unit 29 and a cowl attachment portion 16c.
