摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant supply mechanism of an engine capable of preventing a lubricant from being excessively supplied to a prescribed lubricating portion without machining a shaft.SOLUTION: In a lubricant supply mechanism of an engine including a lubricant passage 50 for circulating a lubricant and supplying the lubricant circulated in the lubricant passage 50 to a prescribed lubricating portion, the lubricant passage 50 includes a flat oil passage 55 defined by an outer peripheral face of an exhaust-side cam shaft 34 and an inner peripheral face of a cam cap-side bearing portion 41 rotatably supporting the exhaust-side cam shaft 34. The flat oil passage 55 is constituted so that the lubricant cannot be circulated in a state that the exhaust-side cam shaft 34 is not rotated, and the lubricant can be circulated in a state that the exhaust-side cam shaft 34 is rotated, in accompany with the rotation.</p>
