PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of performing video processing and correction processing without requiring the increase of the arithmetic processing capacity of a video processing unit.SOLUTION: A display controller 12 includes: a position acquisition unit 13 for acquiring the current position of a vehicle; an information acquisition unit 14 for acquiring determination reference information and position correction information; and a video processing unit 15. The video processing unit 15 has a defined arithmetic processing capacity, performs video processing of simplifying the display of a display device 11 in accordance with the determination reference information to generate a surplus in the arithmetic processing capacity for the display device 11 comparing the capacity before the simplification, and performs correction processing of correcting the current position on the basis of the position correction information dependently on the surplus arithmetic processing capacity.
