<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a usage fee processing system, an issuing apparatus, and a fare processing device in which convenience can be improved.SOLUTION: A usage fee processing system of an embodiment has an issuing apparatus, a fare processing device, and a facility usage fee processing device. The issuing apparatus has an accepting unit, a writing unit and a control unit. The accepting unit accepts a set purchase of the usage right of transportation by a user and the usage right of target facilities. A writing unit enables a medium to have information written therein. The control unit controls the writing unit to write the information capable of recognizing a use section of the transportation and the use information of the target facilities in the same medium according to the accepting unit accepting the set purchase.</p> |
