<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method, by which a transfer void can be prevented even when such a toner is used that uses a resin having a low Tg and having rubber elasticity by a branched structure so as to achieve both of heat-resistant storage property and low-temperature fixability.SOLUTION: An image forming method by an electrophotographic process using the following toner is provided. The toner comprises at least a polyester resin and has such properties that when a storage modulus G'(40) of a THF-insoluble content of the toner at 40°C and a storage modulus G'(100) of the THF-insoluble content at 100°C are denoted by X and Y, respectively, Y ranges from 1.0×10to 1.0×10Pa, and X and Y satisfy X/Y≤3.5×10. A coefficient of friction (μpc) of a photoreceptor and a coefficient of friction (μtrans) of a toner image transfer medium to which the photoreceptor comes into contact satisfy a relationship ofμpc<μtrans; and a difference between a linear velocity (Vopc) of the photoreceptor and a linear velocity (Vtrans) of the toner image transfer medium satisfies a relationship of |{(Vopc-Vtrans)/Vtrans}×100|≤0.5.</p> |
