PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light source device, etc., for preventing flickering using fewer kinds of LEDs.SOLUTION: An LED light source device comprises a first LED for emitting light including a visible light component within the range 700 nm to 780 nm or within the range 380 nm to 400 nm in wavelength distribution centering on a first wavelength, and a second LED for emitting light including a visible light component within the range 700 nm to 780 nm in wavelength distribution centering on a second wavelength differing from the first wavelength when the first LED includes a wavelength within the range 700 nm to 780 nm in wavelength distribution, or a visible light component within the range 380 nm to 400 nm in wavelength distribution when the first LED includes a wavelength within the range 380 nm to 400 nm.
