The present invention relates to a cellulose ester activation treatment device for preparing triacetyl cellulose (TAC) which is useful for an optical purpose (e.g., optical or polarizing film, etc), or the like. More specifically, the cellulose ester activation treatment device activates an esterification reaction by homogeneously mixing cellulose with acetic acid before an acetylation reaction of cellulose so that acetic anhydride uniformly reacts to a hydroxyl group of cellulose during the acetylation reaction of cellulose. The cellulose ester activation treatment device of the present invention comprises: a kettle main body having an upper portion formed with an inlet for a cellulose raw material and an inlet for acetic acid, an inner portion for accommodating a mixture of the cellulose raw material and the acetic acid, and a lower portion formed with an outlet for cellulose, which is mixed in the acetic acid and activated, and an outlet for acetic acid; a stirring motor provided on the outer side of an upper central portion of the kettle main body; and an agitator axially installed on the stirring motor, and having a stirring axis and a stirring impeller to stir the mixture of the cellulose raw material and the acetic acid, while rotating in the inner center of the main body. |
