The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating bone-related diseases. A compound of the present invention is multilaterally confirmed that the compound efficiently promotes osteoblast differentiation. Therefore, a composition including the compound of the present invention can be helpful for use in the fundamental treatment of various bone-related diseases caused by osteopenia and reduction in ossein through formation and recovery of bone tissue.
