PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering gear of a saddle riding type vehicle capable of improving workability of assembly and fastening adjustment.SOLUTION: In a front fork 9 serving as a two-wheeled motor vehicle steering gear configured so that a bottom bridge 20 is provided above a front wheel, a stem shaft 81 is provided on this bottom bridge 20, this stem shaft 81 is rotatably supported by a head pipe 3 on a tip end of a vehicle body frame, and the front wheel is steered from right to left by driver's operation, the stem shaft 81 is connected to a top bridge 19 and the bottom bridge 20 in a disassemblable manner.
