<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the maintainability of a valve body, a shaft and a driving part while securing an insulation distance between the valve body which opens and closes a valve port for coating material, and the driving part.SOLUTION: An electrostatic coating machine includes: a front block 2 disposed attachably and detachably on the front part of a coating machine main body 5; a valve port 24 for coating material disposed on the front block; a valve body 22 which is disposed movably on the front block and opens and closes the valve port for coating material in accordance with the movement of the front block; an air cylinder 7 disposed on the coating machine main body; a shaft 28 which is disposed between the valve body and the air cylinder, is moved in accordance with the driving of the air cylinder and moves the valve body; a coating discharge port 36 for coating material which discharges coating material passing through the valve port for coating material; and a high voltage generation means 30 which applies a high voltage to coating material particles discharged from the discharge port for coating material. The shaft 28 is configured so as to be divided into a front shaft 20 connected to the valve body side and a rear shaft 13 connected to the air cylinder side.</p> |
