PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet ink and a production method of the inkjet ink, in which zirconium is prevented from mixing when an inkjet ink is produced by using an edible pigment and other materials, and the obtained ink shows stable dispersion in a long period of time and stable ejection from an inkjet device, and a printing method for stable printing for a long period of time by using the above ink.SOLUTION: An inkjet ink comprises at least water, a water-soluble organic solvent, a polymer dispersant, and a pigment. In the production process of the ink, the pigment is dispersed in a dispersing machine using glass beads as a dispersion medium; and a concentration of zirconium included in the ink is controlled to 50 ppm or less. When printing is carried out by ejecting the above ink in a drop-on-demand inkjet device to deposit on a printing target, the ink is circulated between an inkjet head and an ink tank body of the inkjet device. |
