<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit breakage of a thermoelectric semiconductor, and detachment at a bonded surface of the thermoelectric semiconductor and an electrode thereby to improve durability in a thermoelectric conversion module.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion module 10 comprises: a plurality of p-type thermoelectric semiconductors and a plurality of n-type semiconductors 12; a plurality of high-temperature side electrode parts 13 each of which is installed on a surface of the p-type thermoelectric semiconductor 11 and the n-type thermoelectric semiconductor 12 on the side of a high-temperature heat source, and electrically connects the p-type thermoelectric semiconductor 11 and the n-type thermoelectric semiconductor 12 in series; and a plurality of low-temperature side electrode parts 14 each of which is installed on a surface of the p-type thermoelectric semiconductor 11 and the n-type thermoelectric semiconductor on the side of a low-temperature heat source, and electrically connects the p-type thermoelectric semiconductor 11 and the n-type thermoelectric semiconductor 12 in series, in which the p-type thermoelectric semiconductors 11 and the n-type thermoelectric semiconductors 12 are arranged in rows in a direction perpendicular to a flow direction of a gas applied to the thermoelectric conversion module 10, and electrode parts located at ends of respective rows are electrically joined with each other in series by electrode members 17.</p> |
