PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covered electric wire with a terminal and a wire harness in which generation of peeling or crack is suppressed even if anticorrosive agent covering an electric connection part between a terminal metal fitting and an electric wire conductor is exposed to thermal shock, and high anticorrosive performance is maintained.SOLUTION: An electric connection part 6 in which a terminal metal fitting 5 and an electric wire conductor 3 of a covered electric wire 2 are electrically connected is covered by anticorrosive agent 7 that consists of an insulating resin composition whose adhesive strength to the surface of the terminal metal fitting 5 is 0.1 MPa or more and brittle temperature is 0°C or less to constitute a covered electric wire with a terminal 1. Further, a wire harness is constituted by including such a covered electric wire 1.
