<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain valve driving device capable of reducing noise generated from a planetary gear mechanism as clutch means, even in winding up a slack wire towing a driven body.SOLUTION: In a planetary gear mechanism in which an internal tooth gear member 31 is axially held by a sun gear member 22 and a planetary supporting member 23, and the internal tooth gear is provided with taper expanded from an upper end toward a lower end in the vertical direction, vertical movement inhibiting means 871 is disposed as means for restricting axial movement of the internal tooth gear member from the external of the planetary gear mechanism, thus noise caused by rough movement of the internal tooth gear member in winding up a slack wire, can be prevented.</p> |
