<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator with improved response while making a device light and compact.SOLUTION: Housing holes 11, 12 for housing a screw shaft 10 are formed on a first housing 2a and a second housing 2b, and a cylindrical sleeve 17 is fitted with the second housing hole 12 of the second housing 2b. A rectangular sectioned spiral groove 17a is formed on an inner periphery of the sleeve 17. A locking pin 15 implanted at an end of the screw shaft 10 is engaged with the spiral groove 17a, and the screw shaft 10 is guided and supported in an axial direction. A winding direction of the spiral groove 17a is set to a direction opposite to a winding direction of a screw groove 18a. Therefore, in addition to a lead portion of a nut 18, a speed reduction ratio is increased by the sleeve 17, and a linear moving speed of the screw shaft 10 is increased. Thus, response of a ball screw mechanism 8 can be improved by a speed-increasing function of the sleeve 17 while making the device light and compact.</p> |
