<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the leakage of a pressure transmission medium.SOLUTION: After preparing a case 10, a solution configuring a sealing member 100 is coated on one surface 10a side of the case 10 and hardened, thereby forming the sealing member 100 integrated with the case 10. Even if the surface roughness of a wall surface on which the sealing member 100 of the case 10 is disposed is large, the solution which is liquid flows along the wall surface, so that the sealing member 100 is formed along the wall surface. Therefore, an interval is not formed between the case 10 and the sealing member 100, and the leakage of a pressure transmission medium 91 from a pressure detection chamber 90 can be suppressed.</p> |
