<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig capable of making the preparation of a microscope sample easier, through preventing curvature of a film-like sample having a single-layer or multi-layer laminate film, the curvature which occurs when the film-like sample is embedded in a fixation resin, such as photocurable resin or epoxy resin, for electron microscope.SOLUTION: A film-system sample 12 is kept flat in a resin, using a film-like sample fixation jig including an upper surface side window frame-like film 1 and a lower surface side window frame-like film 7. The lower surface side window frame-like film has an adhesive face 6 on an upper surface side window frame-like film side.</p> |
