<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor capable of stably performing oscillation by shortening the transmission distance between a piezoelectric vibrator and an oscillation circuit as much as possible.SOLUTION: The sensor includes: a quartz oscillator 5 that has a sensing region to which a detection object in a liquid adheres and whose resonance frequency is changed by the adhesion of the detection object; and a package 4 including first and second storage recesses 6 that are disposed on both sides of a substrate unit 4a and surrounded with frame parts 4b and 4c; and 4d. The quartz oscillator 5 is stored in the first storage recess 6 so that the sensing region faces the outside of the package 4. An IC chip 24 including an oscillation circuit for oscillating the piezoelectric vibrator 5 is stored in the second storage recess, and encapsulation resin 25 is filled into it.</p> |
