<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of local deformation when caulking.SOLUTION: A caulking structure for joining an inner member with an outer member, in which the inner member includes an insertion part 17 having a columnar surface-shaped outer peripheral surface 17S, and an annular groove 17U provided on the outer peripheral surface 17S. The outer member includes a body part 34, and a cylindrical part 33 which is continuous to the body part and forms an opening 33K in which the insertion part 17 is inserted. The cylindrical part 33 has: a first diameter reduction part 31 which is continuous to the body part via a first plastic deformation part 31C, and is so formed as be positioned on a radial direction inner side with respect to the body part by plastic deformation of the first plastic deformation part; and a second diameter reduction part 32 which is continuous to the first diameter reduction part via a second plastic deformation part 32C, and is so formed as be positioned on a radial direction inner side with respect to the first diameter reduction part by plastic deformation of the second plastic deformation part. At least a part of the second diameter reduction part 32 enters into the annular groove 17U.</p> |
