PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge dehydration system and a sludge dehydration method, capable of inhibiting the generation of scale in a dehydrator or the like without pH control of coagulated flock and the like.SOLUTION: A polymer coagulant is added to an organic sludge to be mixed (a first coagulation step). While the coagulated sludge thus obtained is transported with an endless belt 5 having water permeability, an inorganic coagulant is added thereto (a condensation step). To the condensed coagulated sludge, a polymer coagulant is further added to be mixed (a second coagulation step). Subsequently the coagulated sludge thus obtained is dehydrated with a screw press dehydrator 4 (a dehydration step).
