According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a rubbing cloth cleaning device comprising a storage space inside, and a foreign substance removing unit removing impurities remaining in a rubbing cloth. The foreign substance removing unit includes: an absorbing unit located in the storage space absorbing the impurities; a vacuum maintaining unit which surrounds the absorbing unit and maintains a vacuum pressure; and a brush unit formed to face the rubbing cloth located on top of the vacuum maintaining unit. The brush unit maintains a predetermined distance between the vacuum maintaining unit and the rubbing cloth.
