The present invention relates to a technique for nitriding an inner wall surface of a deep object such as a pipe and, more specifically, relates to a technique for nitriding the bore of a pipe using hollow cathode discharge (HCD). Accordingly, the present invention uses a hollow object or an engraving member to be nitrided as a cathode, designs a conductive jig system capable of fixating thousands of objects to be treated, and nitrides the inner wall surface of a cathode member using plasma generated by applying power to the jig system such that the hollow object or the engraving member can function as a hollow cathode to induce HCD in a space inside. |
