The present invention relates to an oxidation apparatus for a volatile organic compound. More specifically, the oxidation apparatus for a volatile organic compound has a temperature filter between a combustion oxidation unit and a catalyst oxidation unit to uniformly diffuse heat of toxic gas, which is emitted from the combustion oxidation unit and introduced into the catalyst oxidation unit, into a main body, and thus completely oxidizes a volatile organic compound in all regions of the combustion oxidation unit and catalyst oxidation unit so as to provide stable process efficiency. The oxidation apparatus for a volatile organic compound according to the present invention comprises: a main body having an inlet into which toxic gas including a volatile organic compound is introduced; a combustion oxidation unit which is provided in the main body, combusts the toxic gas flowing through the inlet, and preliminarily decomposes the combusted toxic gas; a catalyst oxidation unit which is provided on a rear end of the combustion oxidation unit, catalyst-oxidizes the toxic gas primarily decomposed in the combustion oxidation unit, and secondarily decomposes the catalyst-oxidized toxic gas; and a temperature filter which is provided between the combustion oxidation unit and the catalyst oxidation unit, and uniformly diffuses the temperature of the toxic gas, which is heated by the toxic gas emitted from the combustion oxidation unit and introduced into the catalyst oxidation unit, into the main body. |
