摘要 The present invention relates to a hot water heating device to prevent noise between floors which is easy to build and, more specifically, relates to a technology to conveniently build a hot water heating system through a very simplified process; and to realize prevention of noise between floors, enhancement of insulation, and greatly reduce fuel costs. To build the conventional hot water heating device, a floor finish panel must be installed in a same direction as a longitudinal direction of a hot water tube, and the construction is very complex. Also, it is difficult to connect different floor finish panels on both sides after installing the floor finish panel and to insert a pertinent thermal conduction cap onto a top of the hot water tube, and a lot of time and workforce are used for construction. In addition, as the thermal conduction caps do not contact each other, the heat is conducted only to a local part of the floor finish panel. To settle these issues, the present invention makes it possible to build a hot water heating system with a simple method where detachable thermal conduction caps are individually inserted onto the top of a hot water tube installed in a noise-absorbing material for installing a tube, and to settle a floor finish panel with a thermal conduction crossbar assembled on the top of the noise-absorbing material to install a tube to cross with the thermal conduction caps.
