PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer sheet with a protective layer which has excellent alcohol resistance and light resistance, has high transfer sensitivity, and does not cause a defect such as a burr and blocking.SOLUTION: In a thermal transfer sheet with a protective layer which has a heat-resistant lubricant layer 2 provided on one surface of a substrate 1, and a thermal transfer ink layer 6 of three colors of yellow (Y) 3, magenta (M) 4 and cyan (C) 5, and a thermal transfer protective layer 9 sequentially provided in a longitudinal direction on the other surface, the thermal transfer protective layer is formed by laminating a peeling layer 7 and an adhesive layer 8 from the substrate side in this order. The adhesive layer is formed of two types of an epoxy resin and an ultraviolet absorbing agent having different softening points. One softening point of the epoxy resin is lower than 100°C, and the other softening point is 100°C or higher. |
