摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which enables the reduction in an adverse effect resulting from the shortage of electrolytic solution in an electrode body even in the case that the capacity of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is raised.SOLUTION: A battery 1 comprises: a positive electrode 110; a negative electrode 120; and separators 130, 130. The positive electrode 110 has a positive electrode collector 111, and a positive electrode mixture layer 112 formed on each of opposing surfaces of the positive electrode collector 111 so that a positive electrode-nonsupporting part 113 is formed. The negative electrode 120 has a negative electrode current collector 121, and a negative electrode mixture layer 122 formed on each of opposing surfaces of the negative electrode current collector 121 so that a negative electrode-nonsupporting part 123 is formed. A part of the positive electrode-nonsupporting part 113, which is covered by the separators 130, 130, at least partially has a wavy portion 113a formed therein; and a part of the negative electrode-nonsupporting part 123, which is covered by the separators 130, 130 at least partially has a concave portion 123a formed therein.
