<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control a current of an electron beam in a three-dimensional laminate molding apparatus that melts and molds a powder material by the electron beam.SOLUTION: Current detection sensors 21, 25, and 26 disposed around passage locations of an electron beam B issued from an electron gun 10 detect an amount of a current of the electron beam from a change in a magnetic field to be caused by passage of the electron beam. A power source control part 33 controls a driving power source of the electron gun 10 by the current of the electron beam detected by the current detection sensors 21,25, and 26.</p> |
